We’re supposed to dress ‘cute’
not really my style but i don’t mind thses dresses… I’m still wearing my punk style makeup though i don’t care
I do love those dresses, but I really dislike that site. You see, Milanoo and many other shops just like them tend to be very unreliable. If you want reviews of the place, I highly suggest reading this:

Lolita dresses do tend to be quite expensive especially since you’re 13, I doubt that you would be able to afford a basic outfit, so, I’ll post some places that sell lolita items that would suit your preferences:
This place mostly sells second hand lolita goods – so it’s more affordable than buying straight from the actual sites. You can also look for hand made goods here:

This store is based in Hong Kong, but sells items overseas. They use Hong Kong Dollars, not US dollars, so don’t freak out about the prices.

Based in Japan and ships overseas. Many items are affordable, but I would keep a good eye out on what’s good and what wouldn’t work well for a formal environment like a wedding

Here’s a guide to shopping on bodyline:

Taobao shops which are based in China. There are shopping services and plenty of reviews

By the way…you don’t need to state your weight when you shop for clothing. You need to have actual body measurements (most important: bust, waist, and hips). I suggest using the guideline on myshape.com. Here are some guides to putting together lolita outfits which would be appropriate for the wedding occasion (because you don’t really want to outshine the bride!):
